Membership Application
This application is for Fire Chiefs and other Fire Officers eligible for membership in GAFC. Renewing members are billed annually and are asked to update personal information records at the time they receive their invoices and submit their dues payments. In the event a renewing member does not receive an invoice by February 1st, he or she may use this form. Simply print it out and mail it to the GAFC Membership Department. Dues are for a calendar year ? Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.
