Resources for Fire and Emergency Services:
School Violence

Fairfax, Va., October 4, 2006...  There is a new information source for members concerning school violence. Emergency response providers may log into the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's School Emergency Planning web page as a part of its Lessons Learned Information Sharing network. The page houses a wealth of resources on the topic of school emergency planning, including after-action reports, documents, templates, plans, related links, recent news and upcoming conferences on the topic.
Emergency response providers who join the network may participate in submitting their own school safety-related plans, reports or other documents.
